This small male white dog was found on McNair Street Sunday. Dog was turned over to the Halstead Police Department and was then taken and released to Caring Hands Humane Society. Contact the Halstead Police Department for instructions on how to be reunited with your pet. 316-835-2286 Option 2.

Due to the weather pattern we are currently experiencing, the Halstead Swimming Pool opening will be delayed. Once the factors of air temperature AND water temperature reach an acceptable level, we will open for the season.
